Graco Bedroom Bassinet For Bedroom - Bassinet, Playard Or CoSleeper?

Hello! I'm deciding what to do for my baby to the night sleeping in our living room months before she moves on her bed in her room. I have my mother-in-a Graco Pack Play, pointing to the ground to protect where a baby has in stock for ease of use to be used during the day. I do not think that's a good idea to give the court every day and stairs of the house (when it is large enough).
So the question is, what is better to have in my bedroom - the bed, park or CoSleeper? I know the cradle to the park is about 15 pounds ... not too little?
